Why don’t you fix all problems with the 1st and 2nd Generation models?

As they are rather old now parts are very hard to get for these early models.

Will I get charged, if you have quoted for a repair and I decide not to go ahead?

We have a minimum charge of £14.99 this is to cover return postage and packaging

How can I pay for my repairs?

We accept all major UK credit or debit cards. Alternatively you can make payment via online bank transfer.

Will I lose my songs saved on my iPod?

We endeavour to keep all info unless it is necessary to remove as a part of the repair. These repair usually include software problems or hard drive replacement.

If you can’t fix my iPod can you sell me another used or new one at a good price?

Yes we always have a stock of iPods available for sale both in used and new condition. We can even recycle your old iPod and strip it for parts.
