Why Should I send my iPod to iPod Repair Centre?

How long will I have to be without my iPod while its being repaired by iPod Repair Centre?

We usually repair all iPods and iphones within 3-5 working days. If you need a faster than normal turnaround please select "Fast Track" when filling in your details. (additional charge applies)

What is the procedure for sending my iPod or iPhone in for repair?

First thing to do is to fill the the repair form on the website. Then package your iPod really well so it doesn't get more damaged in the post. Then send to:

Can I bring my iPod to your repair centre?

Yes, you can either drop it in - and collect once it's ready, or opt for our Fast Track service for a while-you-wait service (additional charge applies).

Will I still have my Apple warranty?

Apple state any repairs not done by themselves would void your warranty, so No.

What quality of parts do you use for repairs?

We try to only use 100% genuine Apple parts. If original parts are not available we will source the next best thing OEM parts from the same factories that produce the parts for Apple.

Do I get any warranty?

Yes we offer a full 3 month warranty on all parts and repairs (except liquid damage).

Why don't you fix all problems with the 1st and 2nd Generation models?

As they are very old now parts are very hard to get for these early models.

Will I get charged, if you have quoted for a repair and I decide not to go ahead?

We have a minimum charge of £14.99 this is to cover the engineer's time parts used when trying to repair your iPod.

How can I pay for my repairs?

We accept all major UK credit or debit cards as well as PayPal. Alternatively you can make payment via online bank transfer.

Will I lose my music saved on my iPod?

We endeavour to keep all info unless it is necessary to remove as a part of the repair. These repair usually include software problems or hard drive replacement.

If you can’t fix my iPod can you sell me another used or new one at a good price?

Yes we always have a stock of iPods available for sale both in used and new condition.
