Our turnaround time is quick (typically 3-4 days when the parts are in stock), on rare occasions your iPod could take longer to repair (e.g. if a special part has to be ordered from abroad) but we will keep you up to date if this is the case. Your credit card will not be charged until we have completed the repair.
